Tracy’s experience spans over 20 years across IT, Operations, HR, Quality & Process Improvement, Program/Project Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Intelligence. Her passion and professional focus has consistently been driving organizational transformation and continuous improvements through people, systems and technology. She has held a variety of leadership roles at major organizations including ADP, First Data, Equifax, Ceridian and CheckFree.
James Behrends, Principal
James has extensive experience across multiple industries, including government, and academia. Brand recognition, product development, training and team development.
James has experience across a number industries, including starting and operating businesses. He is a veteran with ten years of service with the US NAVY. He has taught computer science and business classes at the graduate and undergraduate levels at three separate universities. He has been responsible for the successful completion of complex projects for business, government, and academics.
Lou Pearsall, Principal
Lou’s experience includes over 30 years in executive management, and 12 years as a professor instructing MBA students in business and finance. He has travelled extensively in over 30 countries and worked with Fortune 500 firms as well as start-ups and mid-market firms.
Mr. Pearsall has over twenty-five years of industry experience in global marketing, sales, operations management and strategic planning gained while conducting business in over 30 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and Asia Pacific Rim. Mr. Pearsall is also a professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University where he lectures on global business, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), strategic planning, leadership, and organizational behavior. In addition to his career as an educator at DeVry University, a post he has held since 2002.
